Dr. R. Stockburger
I was born and raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta. My family always had pets of one kind or another, including a tarantula. Being a Veterinarian was something I wanted for myself. Starting in high school, I worked part time cleaning kennels at a Veterinary Clinic and loved being there. With a bit of luck and a lot of hard work, I was able to join the best profession on the planet. That said, a modern animal hospital is made up of a multitude of skilled professionals. I have been fortunate to find a group of caring and dedicated staff that let me focus on being the best Veterinarian I can be. Their dedication, help and skill lets me enjoy my profession even more. While attending Veterinary school at the University of Saskatchewan, I met and married another Veterinarian. We relocated to Manitoba after graduating from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. Right now we are blessed with 3 beautiful kids, two cats, and a Labrador. The very best thing about being a Veterinarian is watching my human clients enjoying their animal family members. What could be a more rewarding career than helping families enjoy a long, healthy life together?
In my spare time, you'll more likely find me in a rink with all the other Ringette and Hockey Moms. I especially enjoy rabbit and pocket pet medicine.

Born in the mountains of Romania, I grew up in a farm-like setting. My parents used to have dairy, swine, sheep and poultry. Of course we always had dogs and cats around. Naturally I was interested in their health status, in helping with their examinations, sample taking and treatments. Even though I studied history and literature, then mathematics and physics, to become a veterinarian was a continuous, gradual progress. I graduated from the veterinary college in Timisoara, Romania, in 1993. I practiced in mixed animal clinics in Europe, then later on in Canada. I joined McPhillips Animal Hospital in 2008 and found a very professional and dedicated team here. I am very happy to put my very best knowledge and experience at work to improve the level of life of our extended family members.
Dr. Neil Kulczycki
Neil completed his pre-veterinary medicine studies at the University of Winnipeg, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He was then accepted to the Western College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan and graduated in 2006. Since graduating he has been working as a small animal veterinarian in Winnipeg and Steinbach, Manitoba. Neil joined the McPhillips Animal Hospital team in January 2016. His professional interests include preventative medicine and surgery. He lives with his wife Lisa, their dog Sophie and their cat Chester.
Neil is a loyal Winnipeg Blue Bomber fan and enjoys going to the gym, camping and going to the beach during Manitoba's brief summers.
Dr. Raymond Reboja
Just like the old cliché, I grew up around animals and that’s one of the major reasons as to why I became a veterinarian. Our family had dogs, pigs and chickens when I was growing up! After my graduation in 2013, I started my career as a swine and poultry practitioner, then as a mixed animal practitioner focusing on small animals, cattle and some equine, before deciding to finally focus on small animals. With that being said, I am ecstatic to continue my small animal practice career at McPhillips Animal Hospital!
As a veterinarian, I enjoy cuddling with animals! Kidding aside, I enjoy the challenge of trying to come up with solutions as well as creating bonds with our awesome patients and clients. I also enjoy continuously learning about ways to improve my quality of medicine as I believe that to find a sense of fulfillment in life, we must push ourselves to improve everyday.
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, playing basketball, running, attending concerts or sporting events, and spending time with my family and friends!

I love animals and being able to work with animals for my career is really exciting!
I like travelling. I love seeing new places and eating different foods from around the world.
I attended the University of Winnipeg, where I studied pre-veterinary medicine. I was born in Winnipeg and have lived here for my entire life. I have two dogs— a sweet Norwegian Elkhound named Obi and a spicy little Shiba Inu that I like to call Junebug. My very first dog, Kiko, inspired me to pursue veterinary medicine. He was loved and cared for here at Mcphillips Animal Hospital, which encouraged me to give back to the clinic by volunteering. Today I am happy to say that I am part of this wonderful, hardworking team.
I love to travel and experience the outdoors. Every Summer I drive to Manitoba’s many nature spots and spend a day there with family and friends.
I have always loved animals and wanted to work in veterinary medicine since I was a child. I have enjoyed working at McPhillips Animal Hospital since 2000. I especially enjoy getting to know clients and their pets. I love to see you and your pets out and about enjoying each other’s company! My family consists of my husband and two daughters, our husky mix, Dylan, and our shepherd mix, Baxter.
I love spending my time with family and friends (human and animal), spending as much time as possible outdoors, volunteering in my community, learning new things, and being a board member for the I AM Festival. I am passionate about exploring new music, and taking in as many local concerts as I can, including the Winnipeg Folk Festival.
